GTM values its relationship with its stakeholders. The Company maintains smooth communications with banks and other creditors, employees, customers, suppliers, society, and stakeholders and respects and protects their legitimate rights and interests. When stakeholders’ legitimate rights and interests are infringed, the Company will handle the matter appropriately and in good faith.
In accordance with Article 9 of the Company’s “Code of Practice on Corporate Social Responsibility,” the President convenes the top executives of each department to form a ESG Team, which is a part-time unit in the Company that promotes ESG and reports to the Board of Directors.
The Company has designated a person responsible for the collection and disclosure of corporate information and publishing financial and shareholder information on the Market Observation Post System and the Company’s website. We have also established a spokesperson system to ensure that information that may affect the decisions of investors and stakeholders is timely disclosed, accurate, and transparent.
